Selection of a variety of delicious cheese fondues: Restaurant Fondue Beizli (23. October 2019)

It is a solid five years ago since I’ve last visited the Fondue Beizli and it was finally time again. We went for the “fondue aux fines herbes (home-made cheese mix with fresh herbs and a shot of Williams)” (CHF 24.50 per person). The cheese was smooth and rich in terms of flavor and the added herbs really did something to the fondue making it absolutely enjoyable. Three portions for three people are quite a lot though (we almost couldn’t finish it)!

The Fondue Beizli is a simple place in terms of interior design but it is still run by the same owner, Stefan, and he makes sure that you are taken care of and get what you need. The service was friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. All in all, if you are into cheese fondue, then the Fondue Beizli is definitely a great place to visit!
