Perfect for a lazy afternoon with a glass of wine: Humble Grape Wine Bar Liverpool Street (5. November 2019)
I found the Humble Grape Wine Bar more by accident than anything else but it is definitely a place I can highly recommend. It is a rather small location which is really set up like a wine bar in all aspects – be it interior decoration, be it the menu itself (which offers pretty much nothing else but wines).
You are seated basically in the middle of wines and you’re asked by the waiters if you need/ want a specific wine. First, I went for the “Paco Garcia Crianza” (175ml, 9.50 GBP) which was really a disappointment.
Afterwards, I was recommended the “Pichard Jourdan L’Arcestrale Chinon, 2010” (175ml, 15.75 GBP) which is kind of on the more expensive side of things, however, it was a really good wine, I can definitely recommend. So, if you are up for a lazy afternoon with a couple of nice glasses of wine, I can definitely recommend the Humble Grape Wine Bar.
