Delicious gelato by the Roca brothers: Rocambolesc Barcelona (12. January 2020)
I was recommended the Rocambolesc by a friend as a place which produces ice cream created by the Roca brothers (the guys running ‘El Celler de San Roca’ which was one the best restaurant in the world) so I decided to give it a try given I’ll be trying the Roca brothers in about 5 months from now. So, I went for a cup (EUR 3.25) of “frozen yogurt ice cream” and “rhubarb, blueberry and vanilla sorbet”. And honestly, it was tasty and the flavors mixed perfectly together and it is just perfect to walk along the La Rambla to Park Güell with some tasty, flavory ice cream.
But what I liked as much was the tiny store which has such a nice interior and you can definitely see the thought and dedication which went into the design of that store …
… plus the fact that you get to pick from a variety of different toppings to finish your ice cream (which I didn’t try though).
So, when you are looking for great ice cream, the Rocambolesc is definitely a place you should visit when in Barcelona!
