Decent main course but nothing exquisite: Restaurant Es Carbó @ Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel (10. April 2021)
For the last supper in Palma de Mallorca for this time, the Es Carbó was the chosen place (due to lack of options, to be fair) and it all started with “bread with chili dip” which was okay.
Luckily, the main course, an “ox entrecôte with grilled vegetables” (EUR 27.00) was much better than I had anticipated as the meat was actually perfectly cooked and rather juicy and aromatic. However, the vegetables served with the dish were a bit of a disappointment – not so much because of the flavor but because of the fact that they are not very generous with serving vegetables with a proper meal.
The place remains as uninviting as I had previously described and that evening the service was worse than the previous times as the waiter was somehow not really paying attention making it a bit of a drag.
