Lovely lunch experience with tasty fegato alla Veneziana: Restaurant Distinto (3. August 2021)
Sometimes you just need a quick break to make sure you get something to eat before you almost starve. The Distinto offers that – quick, good, and fair in price service for lunch. They have a nice set of lunch menus but I decided to go à la carte and went for the “Fegato alla Veneziana with roasted potatoes and oven vegetables” (EUR 28.50). Usually, I prefer the liver pre-cut in smaller pieces but in this case the whole liver was delicious in terms of quality, flavor, and texture. Not something I have experienced very often – so, it turned out to be a surprisingly delicious lunch for me.
The place is nice and simple, the service is friendly and attentive – and, in cases of lunch quite important, swift when it comes to serving you! So, from a lunch experience perspective, I can definitely recommend the Restaurant Distinto.
