Traditional Swiss dishes in a modern but traditional atmosphere: Restaurant Werdguet (14. October 2021)

| December 13, 2021 | 0 Comments

What you get at the Restaurant Werdguet is an authentic Swiss cuisine experience. The atmosphere is somewhat that of a typical traditional Swiss restaurant but with a little modern twist. The staff is friendly and attentive and makes sure you have everything you need and want right away. I went for one of their classics, the “veal cordon bleu, filled with Grisons raw ham, served with vegetables and French fries” (CHF 46.00) and it is not only delicious but it’s also quite a portion.

The cordon bleu is perfectly stuffed with delicious cheese and works well in terms of intensity of flavor with the Grisons raw ham – a truly heavy but delicious dish worth trying.
