Not a big difference if you order ‘bio’ or not: Restaurant Wine & Beef Fusterie (18. January 2022)

| March 31, 2022 | 0 Comments

Sometimes you end up in the same place within a very short timeframe – and this was the case for the Wine & Beef Fusterie. Since their lunch menu is relatively uninspiring (as in there is basically just one kind of lunch), I decided to go for the ‘bio’ version of it this time. The “entrecôte bio, sauce Wine & Beef, salade, frites fraîches et haricots verts” (CHF 47.00) starts again with the salad which remains decent.

Knowing already this time that there will be two rounds, I was a bit less surprised about the size of the course. Since the sauce is a bit overwhelming in terms of intensity, you do not really taste a big difference between the two types of meat.

The place remains nice but simple in terms of interior design and the service is super friendly making sure that you have everything you need within due time.
