A great spot to enjoy a drink in the sun and watch people passing by: Envy Bar @ nhow Hotel Berlin (23. April 2022)
I was walking along the Spree and felt like taking a little break and accidentally walked into the Envy Bar which looked quite nice. And it was – the service was a bit slow, but if you’re not in a hurry, the place is great since it’s located right next to the walking area next to the river, and it’s perfect for sipping a drink and people watching.
The “Carrot Mule (Tanqueray Gin, lime juice, carrot syrup, Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger)” (EUR 9.00) sounded so appealing but ended up mainly being a regular Moscow mule with a bit of carrot syrup and dried carrots on top of the drink, i.e., nothing I would order again. The “Cherry Blossom Tonic” (EUR 3.50) was interesting though.
If you have a bit of time and don’t need to be anywhere, I can recommend you to take a short break here, watch people, and enjoy a good drink while you are people watching.
