A place to avoid at all cost – not even for free: Mosaic Brasserie @ Radisson Blu Beach Resort, Milatos Crete (24. June 2022)
Talking about a huge no-go, then that’s the Radisson Blu Beach Resort, Milatos Crete. Okay, to be fair, the whole thing is quite okay in terms of looks and location and facilities. But it’s not really service oriented. Checking in took 20 minutes, but not because there were other guests, but because they are slow, continuously chatting with each other instead of paying attention to their guests. Personal recommendation: Don’t go!
That being said, since the breakfast was included, I decided to have it and must say, it’s far from exquisite. Yes, you kind of find everything, and it’s not like awful, but it’s clearly visible that all of it is prepared for huge crowds basically ready to dig in and gobble down whatever there is served. The fact that this is an all-inclusive resort (yes, I didn’t do my research!) explains it all.
I mean, you get what you want for breakfast …
… but it’s really not an enjoyable experience. So, as a general tip: Avoid at all cost!
