When you end up in a sushi chain: Restaurant Sushi Shop Lulli (26. October 2022)
Sometimes, you need food urgently, and you need something which looks decent, and you end up with a chain (which I didn’t know when I ordered). I went for the following selection – “Dragon Roll (avocat, oeufs de saumon, piment, mayonnaise, teriyaki, ciboulette, sesame)” (EUR 10.90), “Tartare de Saumon (saumon et avocat à la Mayonnaise Japonaise, oeufs de saumon, algues, aneth)” (EUR 14.90) and “Fire Roll (thon, sauce épicée, ciboulette, sesame, crevette tempura, avocat, mayonnaise goma ponzu)” (EUR 10.90).
Firstly, it was definitely too much. Secondly, it was good, but far from outstanding. Thirdly, if you want to sit down outside and eat that there, it’s not necessarily the most pretty location to do so. Last but not least, the staff behind the counters is friendly, but not necessarily swift, and doesn’t really speak English either. So, all in all – decent for lunch, but also nothing which you would need to try desperately.
