Outstandingly efficient concept and delicious ramen: Restaurant Hage Ramen (28. October 2022)
Berlin is just a great place for Asian dishes. The Hage Ramen has quite high ratings on Google, and I get why. Firstly, because you can order and pay everything at the table, the order goes straight to the kitchen, and once you’re done, you can just get up and leave skipping the annoying part to ask for the bill and wait for ages.
Other than that, the place is super simple, but still somehow appealing, and the service is friendly and attentive. Plus, the food is quite good. I went for the “age gyoza (fried dumplings stuffed with chicken and vegetables)” (EUR 4.90) which were quite lovely.
What you should really try here though is the Ramen! I went for the “Tantan Men (spicy ramen with minced chicken, egg, pak choi, spring onions, corn)” (~EUR 15.00) and added a few elements to make it more spicy and to get more meat. And I must say, it was actually super delicious!
So, all in all, I can definitely recommend you to try the Hage Ramen if you like Ramen in the first place! Definitely worth visiting – and the great thing is, you don’t seem to need to book in advance for lunch.
