Another decent Luigia lunch experience: Restaurant Luigia Lausanne (10. January 2023)

Life sometimes plays funny games. I haven’t been to any Luigia branch for a year, but ended up going to the Luigia in Zurich the day before. And this day, I ended up in the Luigia in Lausanne. I was expecting it to be rather crowded as well, but it turned out that it was quite empty. Which was relatively nice, since it would ensure swift service, and it would ensure that you wouldn’t feel too crowded.

I went for the “insalata cesarella (seasonal salad, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken breast fillets, avocado, boiled eggs, Taggiasca olives, fried chickpeas)” (CHF 23.00), which was a decent and good salad. Nothing to remember, nothing which was too exciting, but all in all, quite an enjoyable bite.

If you look at the overall experience, I must say, it was good since the service was friendly and swift, and the food was overall also enjoyable and pleasant. It might very well be that you need to book a table in advance though if you don’t come at 1:30pm but at noon.
