The breakfast selection at the Hotel Imperial Riding School, Autograph Collection in the Elstar restaurant is quite decent. It ranges from a set of cold cuts …

… to cheese, salmon, as well as a few different spreads …

… a nice selection of fresh fruit and yogurt with fruit juices and smoothies …

… as well as warm dishes like sausages, beans, egg, bacon, as well as more sweet dishes like pancakes …

… as well a decent selection of fruit and cereals.

Overall, the breakfast selection is absolutely decent – nothing much, that is missing (maybe besides a live egg cooking station), but it is also not mind-blowing in terms of selection. You get everything, but it doesn’t feel like there are any very special elements on the menu. However, if you stay at the hotel, it is more than okay to have breakfast here.
