Not bad in terms of food, but disappointing in terms of service: Restaurant Pasatempo by Sabàtic Sitges, Autograph Collection (28. July 2024)
Time for a small snack after a day at the pool – so, the Pasatempo was great. Located one floor below, nice coolness inside, and somewhat the feeling that the service might have improved. Wasn’t entirely the case. I went to get the menu, so I could check what to order, and order the following dishes like the “pan y tomate” (EUR 3.95), the “jamón ibérico” (EUR 24.00) and the “cod fish buñuelos with aioli” (EUR 9.00). Frankly, all was good, but the attentiveness of the waiter was just incredible. They do what they want and when the food was ready and ready to be served, it was again – putting it on a tray – and then holding a fun and laughing conversation instead of dropping the food at the customer’s table.
So, in a nutshell, largely, the service at the Restaurant Pasatempo by Sabàtic Sitges, Autograph Collection is not that persuasive. I found a few individuals, who did a marvellous job, but the rest really needs to focus on the customer.
