Delicious drinks with an amazing view: Bar @ Hótel Jökulsarlon – Glacier Lagoon Hotel (20. August 2024)
Since the hotel had only opened 1.5 months ago, they would offer you a complimentary welcome drink, which was a lovely thing to experience. However, this would not include cocktails, but I, nevertheless, decided to go for such a cocktail. I went for the “Dhalia (Kettle One vodka, raspberry syrup, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and egg white)” (2’790 ISK), which was lovely – light, fruity, slightly sweet. A perfect cocktail to my liking.
The place remains nice also from one level below as it offers an equally lovely view onto the glacier – so, definitely worth having a drink here at the bar, when you’re staying at the hotel.
