An absolutely lovely breakfast option: Restaurant Jampoon @ Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve (30. November 2024)

| March 14, 2025 | 0 Comments

The breakfast selection at the Jampoon is quite decent – the Ritz-Carlton ensures that you get a little bit of everything. That starts with a selection of sweet treats, a few salads …

… as well as quite a few pastries you can pick from …

… fresh honey from the honey comb as well as cereals …

… more salad ingredients, as well as cold cuts and cheeses …

… a warm dish (changes every day) as well as the mandatory bacon …

… regular non-sweet bread …

… a nice selection of fresh fruit …

… fruit juices, smoothies, and a gin tonic station …

… as well as an egg and a noodle soup station …

… complemented by a Thai corner, where you get soemthing new every day.

They also have a nice selection of different butters incl. truffle butter, which is truly interesting …

… and you have the possibility to order some hot dishes to your table, like “paneer”, which is definitely something you don’t eat every day as a European.

Or the “dim sum”, which was fine too but a bit a small portion.

The entrance to the place is nice and …

… if you like to sit outside, they also have a lovely view with a fish pond and a garden background close to the sea, so, the view is absolutely nice. On top of that, they restaurant has truly professional staff, making sure you have everything you need and want at all times. They truly go the extra mile to accommodate to your wishes and requests.
