One of my favourites for a business lunch: Restaurant Coco Grill & Bar (11. December 2024)
The Coco Grill & Bar remains a favourite of mine for lunch – although the selection is relatively limited all in all. I still like the fact that you only get what they recommend you that day, and there is no official menu. I went for the “salmon and tuna sashimi” as a starter, which was quite okay, but definitely not the best sashimi I’ve had.
As a main, I went for the “entrecôte with ebli and vegetables”, which was nice. The meat is of good quality and is aromatic. The vegetables were just pumpkin (so, “vegetables” in plural is a bit of an exaggeration), but it was tasty. The only thing I really don’t understand is that there are always sprouts on top of everything.
The Coco has, relatively newly, I dare say, a kind of second room where you have much more space than in the old traditional part, which is also more modern, and decorated for Christmas during the Christmas period.
The staff is friendly and relatively swift, and even those who are trained on the job, do a good job and are very friendly and helpful. All in all, the Coco is definitely a good choice for a business lunch.
