3. March 2012: eoipso bar

| March 4, 2012 | 0 Comments

You will not find the eoipso sour (about CHF 15.00) on the menu but it is somehow their secret drink. The taste is a mixture of mint, sour, and bubble gum. Sounds pretty weird at first and it also not so common but it is somehow pretty tasty. In any case, I liked it very much.

You have to order your drink at the bar directly if you do not want to wait too long to place your order. Once you have placed your order at the bar, the bar tender prepares the drinks rather quickly and the waiter brings them to the table / sofa.

What is truly outstanding is the interior of the eoipso bar. The bar is a former storage building and is, therefore, pretty large and high. The tables are assorted randomly, some have pretty simple chairs, some pretty comfortable ones, some have sofas – it is a mixture of random furniture but it still goes pretty well together despite their variety.

The bar is nicely equipped and just looks very nice. The only downturn is the fact that the place was pretty noisy although there have not been too many people in the bar at the time.

To sum it up: I can absolutely recommend you to have a drink or more at the eoipso bar. Great atmosphere, nice drinks, fair prices, and some optimization potential for the service.
