29. April 2012: Forno dos Clérigos

| May 6, 2012 | 0 Comments

The Forno dos Clérigos is a place I would absolutely not go again. The place looks like rubbish, the waiter was the unfriendliest individual ever, made a lot of mistakes, just pretty much smashed the dishes and drinks onto our table without even looking at any of us and rushing away. We got the wrong things served and when we complained about that he got pissed.

We ordered one piece of each thing from the counter and each costs EUR 1.00. Some where okay, some where bearly eatable. I guess it is a lucky shot if you pick certain ones as they pretty much all looked the same.

The prices are absurdly low (water is EUR 1.00, coffee EUR 2.00, soft drink EUR 1.50 and fresh orange juice EUR 2.00). Each fried thing only cost EUR 1.00. Still, the bad service, the location and the only limitedly eatable fried “things” make this a place one should always pass by and not stop.
