18. June 2012: Restaurant Regency Club @Hyatt Regency Cologne

| June 18, 2012 | 0 Comments

The breakfast selection is decent but there is definitely room for improvement. The salmon was greasy, the selection of cheese and cold cuts is limited. The juices and bread are good and there is a nice variety of both.

Truly outstanding is the absolutely great view right onto the Dom of Cologne – early in the morning you get to have a look across the river onto the Dom – eating breakfast like Sleeping Beauty wakes up in the morning.

The breakfast room is furnished like a classical lounge area with very comfortable seats – but very unpractical ones to have breakfast. The service is very friendly and nice – high-class service as it should be. You get access to the Regency Club when you book a Club room or are a diamond member of the Hyatt Goldpassort loyalty program. And if you have either of both, take advantage and have breakfast there for free.
