In the evening, yet another event takes place – the BBQ at the St. Regis Beach. The view is truly amazing and honestly – because that was all I was able to see, I only took pictures of the sundown.

The dinner consists – as the title is already stating – of BBQ, so all different kinds of meat and fish and you can eat as much as you want. I tried a few different kinds of meat and they were mainly pretty good but outstanding were definitely the spare ribs! The salads and deserts which were served were also good – the salads were a bit boring though but for a regular grill event they are suitable.

Pedro and Manuel who were responsible for us that evening did a great job – they were always there when we wanted new meat or asked for anything in addition like a red wine or a drink. And not only they were friendly, helpful, and did a great job but also chatted a bit with the guests and gave explanations about the vineyard, the wine, the food, the preparation and everything else one could potentially want to know.

BBQ at the St. Regis Beach is great – amazing location and atmosphere, good food, great service and a reasonable price (955 MXN per person including all you can drink wine, cocktails, etc.). Also, it is a good possibility to get in touch with the other guests of the resort.
