22. December 2012: Restaurant Mövenpick Kantonalbank
The chicken wings all you can eat (spicy & tasty with Sambal Oelek, lemon, herbs, olive oil; CHF 24.50) were very delicious. The chicken was juicy and the spices in which the chicken were coated were outstanding. Very simple but great food.
The prices are very fair – for the food as well as for beverages (CHF 4.70 for a green tea). The place itself is okay and the service is definitely not outstanding. I was there for about 20 minutes until someone finally decided to take notice of me and come to my table to ask what I wanted to order. After that, the service was definitely friendly but good service is definitely something else.
Overall, the Restaurant Mövenpick’s offer of “Chicken wings all you can eat” is definitely great. Low price, lots of food, and quite tasty too. Do not expect too much from the waitresses or the place itself.
