A traditional cocktail bar with excellent service: Ruby (31. May 2019)

The Ruby is a bar where you have to book your table in advance as it isn’t huge and it is quite popular and crowded. We went in around 5pm and it was already almost full. The bar menu is somehow interesting as they offer a few specialties of the bar like the “First Kiss” (130 DKK) which doesn’t taste as sweet as your first kiss but is still overall lovely.

And there are a bit more ‘untypical’ drinks like the “Lovage Fizz” (120 DKK) (the green one in the picture) which are more herbal and still refreshing at the same time. A quite unique combination but interesting.

The waiters are jovial, friendly, and competent. You just have to ‘use’ their know-how to make sure you get the drinks you want and the ones you definitely should try according to your personal taste.
