Amazingly tasty spare ribs on top of the mountain: Restaurant Chamanna Naluns (1. March 2023)
Sometimes I am surprised how taste food on the slopes can be! The Chamanna Naluns offers two types of food – the regular food you get in all the huts on the slops, and then there is the ribs place! And the ribs place is definitely worth visiting. I went for “spare ribs with French fries” (CHF 27.00), which doesn’t look like too big a portion, but let me tell you it was quite a portion. And they were delicious! A lot of meat, seasoned and cooked to perfection. And considering what you usually pay for food on the slopes, this really is a bargain!
The fact that they are prepared in this oven, shows that they know what they are doing when it comes to ribs!
All in all, I would say the ribs at the Chamanna Naluns are definitely a must when you’re on the slopes! Worth visiting, and worth spending a bit of time to savour them on the terrace when the sun is shining!
