A decent offering for a business lunch: Restaurant MAZì im Morgarten (25. January 2024)
I have only ever been to the MAZì im Morgarten for dinner, but they also have a small lunch menu. Today, I decided to go for the soup of the day, which was an intense and rather thick “mushroom soup”, which was perfect as a start – especially given the bad weather outside.
As a main, I went for the “Poulet Gyros (iceberg lettuce, Caesar dressing, graviera cheese) with salad” (CHF 24.00), which was definitely nice, but this is not some type of food you should have if you have planned to hold client meetings in the afternoon. And once you’ve managed to eat it without having your hands filthy, you will have a nice flavour experience to savour.
The staff is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need and want for lunch – just make sure you’ll book in advance.
