A good breakfast selection and a nice location: Restaurant Marketplace @ Marriott Malta (14. September 2024)
The breakfast buffet at the Marketplace is actually almost like a marketplace because you have so many different things you can pick from, so, frankly, this is one of the better breakfast buffets I’ve seen at a Marriott property (and by that I refer to the brand, not the chain). It starts with a bit of meat like sausages and bacon …
… fresh fruit …
… pastries …
… cereal …
… cheese …
… cold cuts …
… nuts, seeds, and dried fruit …
… salmon and sauces …
… a selection of beverages …
… warm dishes like caponata, beans, potato balls, tomatoes and mushrooms …
… more pastries …
… a small salad buffet …
… as well as toast …
… and an egg station, which made great ‘chorizo and cheese omelets’.
The restaurant is orderly, clean, you have enough space between tables, and the staff is friendly and attentive. So, frankly, the Marketplace is a great breakfast restaurant for a Marriott hotel. If you stay here, make sure to enjoy your breakfast.
