A decent business lunch in a cloudy atmosphere: Restaurant Altenbach (29. October 2024)

| February 11, 2025 | 0 Comments

It’s really not often that I’m in Liechtenstein, but given I had a client lunch, I was spending a lunch in Vaduz. As a starter, I went for the “soup of the day” (CHF 8.00), which was decent. A bit small as a starter, but fine.

As a main, I picked the “pork Cordon Bleu with pork from Appenzell, potato salad, cranberries” (CHF 27.50), which was actually quite tasty and had that liquid molten cheese inside, which makes cordon bleu something so delicious.

The place is rather dark in terms of interior design, but the staff is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need and want within no time. Given the place isn’t huge and that there aren’t too many restaurants, it might very well make sense to book your table in advance.
