An exquisite ramen experience in an MRT station: Restaurant Takagi Ramen @ Redhill (4. October 2025)
I was hungry late at night and was digging a ramen dish, but there isn’t too much open after 10pm, however, there is a ramen chain called Tagaki Ramen, and they offer ramen 24/7, which was perfect to get a midnight ramen snack. I decided to go for the “karakamen ramen with extra noodles” (SGD 11.50) and made sure it would be a little less spicy than the original. However, while it was absolutely enjoyable, it was still rather spicy.
The place is small and has two small screens right to the left when you walk in where you place your order to either dine-in or to take away, which is rather simple and seamless in terms of process.
The place is really simple, but offers all you need to pimp up your ramen just how you like it.
Frankly, as simple the place is, as lovely the experience is. You get a simple yet amazingly tasty dish in a simple place.
