More than 10 years ago I’ve tried them for the first time: Moritz Eis Perast (11. October 2025)

| November 12, 2025 | 0 Comments

It was about 2013 in Belgrade when I first tried the first dependence of Moritz Eis and 12 years later I walk into one of their stores again in Perast, Montenegro. Hence, it was time to try how they have evolved, and I went for the “sour cherry” and “white chocolate” (EUR 5.60) and I must say, both were actually delicious. The white chocolate was smooth and creamy, and the sour cherry had that little sourness combined with a little sweetness, which made it a great sorbet.

The place is set up in a simple, but very appealing way …

… which starts already with the decoration outside …

… and is continued by a superbly friendly guy inside, who makes sure you get what you want within no time and is jokingly jovial.

So, if you make it to Perast, then I can highly recommend you to enjoy freshly produced ice cream in the Moritz Eis gelateria. There are two pretty close to each other, and I would highly recommend you to try one of them, at least.
