Exciting ice cream flavors to try in central Dubrovnik: Peppino’s Gelato Factory (12. October 2025)
There are quite a few ice cream shops in the old town of Dubrovnik, and it’s hard to pick one, but somehow, we saw that there was always a little line at Peppino’s, we figured, it can’t be too bad. To be fair, the prices are relatively steep with EUR 11.00 for three flavors, but they also have tons of interesting flavors, so, I figured I should try three different ones like the “goat milk with caramel (flavorsome local goat milk gelato swirled with saucy caramel cream)”, the “yogurt pomegranate (refreshing yogurt gelato swirled with ruby red pomegranate sauce)”, and the “Dubrovnik Crème Brulée (traditional egg cream gelato swirled with caramel sauce in the style of crème brulée”). And let me tell you, great flavors you should definitely try!
The place is modern and has a lovely interior decoration …
… and efficient and friendly staff. So, you get your very tasty ice cream within no time, and given the quality of it, also for a fair price. So, if you’re into trying flavors, which are a bit out of the ordinary, then Peppino’s is definitely a good choice!
