A nice little place with interesting drink names: Amiamo Caffè (17. January 2026)
I have walked by this place a few times, but never quite managed to get in – today was the day. The place is relatively limited, so, it isn’t entirely easy to secure a spot, but if you finally find a spot, then you are presented quite an interesting drinks’ menu. Not because it’s very abundant, but because some of the drink names are quite ‘interesting’. I decided to go for the “Rocco Siffredi (monkey sloe gin, vermouth dry, fig syrup, cold brew, chocolat bitter)” (CHF 17.00), which turned actually out to be surprisingly tasty.
Secondly, I went for the “Sajj Buon! (île four ginger sake, vodka, orange liquor, lemon juice, sugar syrup)” (CHF 16.00), which wasn’t too bad either.
The staff is friendly and attentive and makes sure you have what you want within no time. Only when it came to getting the bill, it took them quite a while to complete that task. So, all in all, the Amiamo Caffé is a nice little place with interesting drinks.
