A great breakfast selection with stellar service: Restaurant Lanes @ Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol (28. February 2026)

| April 22, 2026 | 0 Comments

I always enjoy breakfasts at Luxury Collection hotels as they are just marvelous. And that was very much true once again. You get a bit of everything your heart desires (or rather your palate and stomach) ranging from a selection of Cypriot cheese and cold cuts …

… a selection of typical Cypriot breads and sweets …

… as well as the very regular cold cuts, veggies, and fish …

… a luscious selection of salads including spreads (hummus and avocado), so, you find something for every taste.

But it’s not done with that – there is also a selection of different olives and olive-inspired dishes.

On top of that, you find fresh fruit as well as fruit juices …

… a lovely selection of different cereals and jams …

… more cheeses …

… the mandatory diary corner with yogurts and milk …

… as well as a variety of hot dishes like eggs and hash browns …

… bacon and sausages …

… as well as an egg station …

… where they prepare perfect “eggs Benedict with salmon” (EUR 18.50).

Besides the amazing selection of dishes, the staff is superbly friendly and mega attentive, making sure you have everything at all times. Frankly, I was so positively surprised by that – the lady at the reception of the breakfast buffet even remembered my last name the second day, which I found quite impressive. So, frankly, all in all, if you’re staying in Cyprus, I can highly recommend you to stay at the Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol!
