An interesting find – a Brazilian steakhouse serving meat churrasco style: Restaurant Bossa Nova (28. April 2026)
Unfortunatley, I forgot to take a picture of the meat skewers, which are brought to your table, but the concept is simple. There is ‘one dish’, which is the “rodízio barbecue – all you can eat” (CHF 75.00), which includes “picanha”, “picanha with garlic”, “maminha”, “maminha with Parmesan”, “pork ribs”, “pork belly with barbecue sauce”, “brasil sausage”, and “chicken with Parmesan”.
Now, before you get some meat, you go to the buffet, which offers a few different salads …
… some sauces and cheese …
… as well as fries and maniok.
Once you have gotten that, the meat journey starts and you are brought the different meats. Frankly, at first, I was skeptical as I couldn’t know how the meat quality would be. Turns out that it’s actually amazing and the meats are seasoned deliciously. Plus, the cooking temperature is absolutely fine – it’s rather on the medium to rare side, but the quality of the meat is great, hence, it’s more than fine to get it served like that.
The staff is friendly and attentive, so, it’s definitely a place which you can frequent if you’re into meat!
