A decent breakfast selection for a place without service @ the Farmhouse No. 50 (15. June 2026)
The Farmhouse No. 50 is a good place for workshops and the like in smaller groups. And it’s largely autonomous, i.e., there isn’t really anyone around on a Sunday to check in, but you have to do everything online. Frankly, I get that, but I am thinking about older folks who might not be that tech-savvy, where this might really be an issue. It’s basically a “do it yourself” kind of place – good, no question, but really do it yourself.
That is also true for the breakfast buffet – there isn’t anyone attending you (there is someone coming once in a while to put away the dirty dishes), so, you’re just there taking what you want and the selection is decent ranging from some breads to spreads to fruit juices to cereals …
… as well as vegetables, cheeses, and cold cuts – you can even find fresh fruit and scrambled eggs.
So, all in all, the Breakfast Selection @ the Farmhouse No. 50 is – overall – decent. Given the relatively high prices for the rooms (considering the location), this is not necessarily surprising, but still something, which leaves a little discomfort.
