An exquisite breakfast collection with staff doing their best to keep you happy: Restaurant Babette’s The Steakhouse Bangkok @ Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection (28. June 2026)
The breakfast selection at the Babette’s The Steakhouse Bangkok, which is also their breakfast location in the Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection, is actually quite decent. I would – personally – have hoped for a few more other items, but you cannot argue with the expansive set of dishes, which can be picked for breakfast starting with cereals and pastries …
… to a variety of vegetables, salads, and spreads …
… as well as cheeses and more spreads …
… fresh fruit juices …
… a selection of hot dishes …
… and even more hot dishes …
… and finally a small room with jams and spreads only …
… a good selection of various breads …
… as well as an egg and noodle corner. Unfortunately, I only discovered the fact that they also serve noodles on the third day, which was a bit of a disappointment as I enjoy my breakfast noodles quite a bit …
… but the best part is that you’re welcomed by a table full of fruit when you enter the location …
… but it’s topped by you having the possibility to get a fresh coconut for breakfast, which isn’t advertised anywhere, but the head waiter offered to provide – and it was a great start into the day.
What I also tried here was the “Thai omelet”, which is kind of a regular omelet, but it has chili slices, as well as red and white onion in it, which makes it a rather taste intense dish, but a pleasant one.
So, if you’re staying at the Hotel Muse Bangkok, Autograph Collection, then I can definitely recommend you to enjoy your breakfast here, but I wouldn’t travel for it.
