20. March 2013: ONYX Bar @Park Hyatt Hotel
There are bad bars, there are normal bars, there are good bars, and then, there are amazing bars! The ONYX bar at the Park Hyatt in Zurich is definitely the later. The place is nice, welcoming but provides you with all the privacy you need. Of course, that is not all that is to ONYX. Furthermore, the drinks of the house, I had a “Lemongrass Mule” (CHF 20.00), are delicious! And even the prices are quite fair.
What you do not find that often anymore – unfortunately – is real dedication and passion for a job in gastronomy! The waiter who helped us, Martin, did an amazing job! He was competent, friendly, helpful! Only one thing to say: Martin, you rock, that is the way to be a perfect waiter – way to go!
