4. April 2013: Restaurant Westend Brunch

| April 14, 2013 | 0 Comments

Fair food for fair prices in a very simple location – the “Sunshine salad with spicy juicy tandoori chicken stripes on leaf salad, parmesan with an orange-mustard sauce and pita bread” (EUR 8.50) was a fine lunch. The salad was fresh, the tandoori chicken was tasty and spicy but definitely too dry and I personally doubt it was prepared freshly. Still, the salad was good and especially the orange-mustard sauce was great.

There is not really any service – you place your order at the main counter and the food is brought to your table within a few minutes. They are friendly, no question but as I said, not really any service. The place itself is fine but it is very simple – more an diner than a proper restaurant which is fine but it is not really that appealing overall. For a quick lunch though, the place is definitely absolutely fine!
