8. May 2013: Abidía del Gin & Tonic

| May 24, 2013 | 0 Comments

As my frequent readers might be aware – I am not that fond of Gin. I only once so far had gin I enjoyed – which was in Barcelona at the Restaurant La Royale. Apparently, Spaniards have something with gin, the rest of Europe doesn’t: They know how to prepare it so it does not taste digustingly like gin. In any case, the Abidía del Gintonic is a very, very small but nice bar which serves good gin. A drink accounts for EUR 8.00 – almost Swiss prices here.

The bar is stylish and the owner, Jil, is friendly and dedicated to his job! It is not only fun to talk to him but also to see him having fun serving his gins to his customers.

If you are into gin, then you should go here – and even if you are not, you should still go. The place is so tiny, it becomes almost difficult to pass one another. In any case, definitely worth going!
