16. July 2013: Restaurant Morton’s @Summerstage
I have been here before and somehow I decided to return! This time I had “fried chicken stripes with a potato rockte salad with roasted pumpkin seeds” (EUR 8.90) and I must say that the chicken was nicely juicy, the potato salad rich and the roasted pumpkin seed provided it with this little special kick.
The selection for wine is quite fine too – we had a bottle of Merlot (EUR 24.60) which was astonishingly tasty and also the price for mineral water (0,75L, EUR 4.50) is quite fine. The place is as lovely as it has been about two weeks ago! What is still not top notch though is the service. While the waitress is absolutely friendly and usually quite quick when you order something, she has one lack and that is … what? … right! Lack of attention! You have to wait quite some time until you actually are served! Other than that, definitely a great place to go!
