20. August 2013: Sky Bar

| August 30, 2013 | 0 Comments

I’ve read quite a couple of things about the Sky Bar and heard quite some positive things about it and I must say that I was not disappointed – the place is actually quite nice as you get a quite amazing view all over the city of Vienna. The only downturn is pretty much the fact that they still offer smoking areas which are not truly separated from the rest of the place.

SkyBar

The service is friendly, no doubt, but it takes them quite some time to actually take up the order and to bring the drinks to your table. The prices on the other hand are rather fair – a bottle of water 0,25L accounts for EUR 3.70, a class of Mayer Zweigelt (1/8L) for EUR 5.00. Overall, I can definitely recommend you to go to the Sky Bar – nice view! Make sure though to maybe book a table in advance so you actually do not have to get crammed into a corner (where people still smoke).
