24. April 2010: Bar The Marylebone

| April 25, 2010 | 0 Comments

“The Marylebone” is situated close to “Madame Tussauds” and is reachable by a little footwalk from the metro stops “Baker Street” (Bakerloo line, Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Jubilee line, Metropolitan line) and “Regent’s Park” (Bakerloo line).

The bar is located in the street corner of Moxon street and Marylebone High Street and looks quite nice from the outside already. Once you’ve entered the place it’s even better as the atmosphere is somehow like you imagine a typical English pub (but not shabby or smoky) – the interior is held in wood and the background music is absolutely great too and fits the place.

The beer is cheap (compared to Switzerland and Milan) and the drinks are so too. But the drinks aren’t really that good – so stick to beer when you go there! The Marylebone is a cool place to sip some beers in the evening, you can even stand in front of it rather than hanging out inside and you get the drinks for a good price! Therefore, especially as the atmosphere of the place is great, it’s worth a visit for a beer in the evening!
