31. January 2014: Restaurant LaSalle

| February 6, 2014 | 0 Comments

When I booked a table at the Restaurant LaSalle, my companion hinted that it was a “good choice” – and he was right. The “shortly grilled cold tuna, marinated the Asian way with sesame, on rocket salad” (CHF 23.00) had a strong agreeable flavour and was served on fresh rocket salad.

The “beef tartare with toast” (CHF 29.50) was aromatic and spicy. Besides the great taste, it was pleasant to the eye.

The great glass front, the nice tables and the well-picked decoration give the restaurant a good atmosphere. The waiters are professional and friendly – only the long wait for the bill could be considered a minus point.

To sum it up, having lunch at the Restaurant LaSalle, is definitely a can do: good food, fair prices, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Booking a table is highly recommended though.
