21. March 2014: Restaurant Fonduebeizli

| March 23, 2014 | 0 Comments

The “beef tatar with butter and toast” (CHF 17.80) was a good starter as it was nicely seasoned and spicy. The toast was a bit sloppy but the beef was fine enough so you did not need any bread to enjoy it.

Another classic on the menu are the “Negresco spaetzle with beef, bell pepper stripes and green pepper” (CHF 19.50) and the spaetzle do not only come in a decent portion but are also nicely spiced up. A very sound dish.

The prices are pretty fair for what you get which also applies to the beer (CHF 6.90 for 0,33L). The place itself is rather simple but nice and the waitress did a good job – attentive, friendly, joking. Overall, the Restaurant Fonduebeizli is a simple but nice place to get some food.
