29. March 2014: Restaurant Le Bol

| April 11, 2014 | 0 Comments

The “Daudet Salad (parma ham, mozzarella, sundried tomatos, olives, pine nuts, basil)” (EUR 11.00) was a simple but fine dish: light, smooth, tasty but definitely not in the category of overwhelming. The place itself is simple but nice as you get to sit outside in the sun and enjoy it, respectively. With regards to the service there is definitely room for improvement – the waitress is friendly without doubt but a bit forgetful and also not the quickest.

Also, the flexibility of the personnel is limited – when we asked to join tables we were basically told that this is not allowed although it would have been easily possible so instead it was five people crammed to a tiny table. Overall, fine place but nothing more than that and definitely not a place I’d go again.
