6. May 2014: Restaurant Krone
The Restaurant Krone is a very simple place but you have a nice view from the restaurant balcony which is only open in summer where you can enjoy your espresso and water (CHF 8.00 both together).
The balcony is rather simple but comfortable but not immediately accessible. I walked in and wanted to go upstairs to have a drink on the balcony but the waitress (who also seemed to be the owner) held me back staring at me weirdly but finally let me go upstairs to have a my coffee.
Frankly, the service is only limitedly friendly. While the lady brought the coffee and water pretty quickly she just lacked somehow friendliness throughout the entire process including when I intended to pay.
All in all, I would not really go there again. I mean, while the place is definitely nice it is also not overly appealing and the service is really not up to the task.
