2. October 2014: Restaurant Walserhuus Sertig
Secluded in a Swiss mountain valley, the Restaurant Walserhuus Sertig is definitely the perfect place to enjoy a “small plate of game meat and cheese” (CHF 26.50). The cold cuts are very aromatic, taste-intense and allow you to perfectly relax in a great atmosphere.
The view from the terrace is marvelous and the prices are pretty fair too (1L water, CHF 9.00; double espresso, CHF 5.40). The place itself is nicely furnished, atmospheric, and you just want to spend the whole afternoon sitting there watching the mountains.
Above all, the service is friendly, helpful and jovial. All in all, the place is absolutely lovely, good food, nice personnel and fair prices. Worth a visit if you are staying in Davos.
