22. June 2015: Restaurant Zen @ The Westin Grand
It is always a pleasure to have breakfast in the Restaurant Zen as the selection of dishes is just outstanding as well as the quality. It starts with a selection of various cheeses …
… all the beverages you want and can imagine …
… fresh vegetables as well as various seafood dishes …
… cold cuts …
… cereals …
… fresh fruit and yoghurt …
… and my favourite fruit juices strawberry and kiwi (among others). WIth regards to the breakfast selection, the Restaurant Zen definitely belongs to the better breakfast restaurants I have the pleasure to regularly stay at.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is as always – nice, nothing special, but comfortable (and usually quite crowded). The service is friendly and attentive and even asked a couple of times if I wanted something to go given I did not have time to order a tea and wait for it to cool down and take it there. So, overall, the breakfast at The Westin Grand is still absolutely recommendable! Good food, good service, nice place!
