21. November 2015: Mövenpick Hotel Restaurant Münster

As a starter the “salmon tartare was served with hash browns and scallops”. While the tartare was actually quite tasty, the scallops was overcooked for my personal gusto.

The main course on the other hand was actually delicious – the “beef fillet with beans wrapped in bacon” was not only lovely in taste but also perfectly cooked so it was medium rare. And that is really an achievement if you consider that the kitchen hat to serve approximately 80 people at the same time.

The service was a bit different – depending on who was serving you. Well, some were really good at doing there job – for some I definitely so no future in the gastronomy. What kind of wine do you have? Answer: White and red! Ah, interesting, I was not aware of that! Hilarious! But not how it should be! However, if you stay at the Mövenpick in Münster it is absolutely fine to dine here – but it is not worth the travel.
