Great lunch selection: Restaurant Razzia (15. July 2016)
The business lunch (CHF 32.00) is a good choice with an incredibly fair price performance ratio – the “cold carrot orange soup” was refreshing and a good start to activate your palate.
The “zander filet with chervil foam on a fennel bed with potato goulash” looked quite dull but was actually a nice combination of flavours. Especially the combination of the light white fish with the chervil foam and the potato goulash (and it actually tasted like goulash) was lovely.
Who ever designed the Razzia managed to give it a very distinct atmosphere – it is the right combination of feeling like in a very vivid and lively place but at the same time maintaining the impression of privacy as between the tables – although it does not look like – there is enough space so your neighboring table will not be able to listen to everything you say. Overall, I can definitely recommend the Restaurant Razzia for lunch – and booking a table in advance is recommended.
