The perfect place for sundown: Dome @ The Intercontinental Mumbai (1. December 2017)
You can definitely say that enjoying the sundowner on the rooftop of the Intercontinental Mumbai isn’t really India. And it isn’t! But, it is still absolutely worth visiting, respectively to enjoy the sundowner there. The location offers you the perfect view over the bay. And the “Watermelon Bramble” (1’250 INR) is a great drink – at Zurich prices but still worth it.
I mean, where else would you get such a breath-taking view over the bay of Mumbai?
If you plan to spend the night on the rooftop, i.e. arrive there after sundown, make sure you book in advance. It seemed to be quite a booked place, so you better book in advance.
